The councilor José Augusto Liberato (SD), of Itaperuçu (PR), in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, was imprisoned for the Federal Police in this Thursday (16), at home, under suspicion of fraud to occupy a wave in the Town Hall.
According to investigation of the PF, Liberato, 47, would have forged a publication of the Official Diary of the local authority, if it altered the councilors' number of nine for 11. In this way, it managed to assume a chair in the Chamber without having been an elect. Several documents were gathered in his residence at the moment of the prison.
He is imprisoned preventively in the Bureau of the PF in Curitiba.
